Terms of Service

These Terms govern all services provided by phoenixcopywriting (P.IVA IT04567890417). By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

phoenixcopywriting provides digital copywriting services including conversion copy, email sequences, performance ad copy, launch copy, authority articles and video scripts. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Payment

Services are purchased online. Payment is processed by Stripe and must be completed before project work begins. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Once payment is confirmed, you receive an email within 10 minutes.

Scope and brief

Each project is governed by the purchased package and the brief agreed during the discovery call. Scope changes after the discovery call may require a revised quote agreed in writing before additional work begins.

Revisions

Each plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds as described on the pricing page. A revision round means collecting all feedback at once and producing a new draft addressing that feedback. Additional revision rounds can be purchased at the standard addon rate.

Delivery

Timelines begin from the date of the completed discovery call and agreed scope, not from payment. We communicate proactively if any circumstance affects the agreed timeline.

Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment and delivery, copyright in the final delivered copy transfers to the client. Draft versions remain the property of phoenixcopywriting. We retain the right to reference completed projects for portfolio purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

phoenixcopywriting is not liable for the commercial outcome of delivered copy. We warrant that our work is original and free from plagiarism. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, response rates or revenue outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pesaro-Urbino (PU), Italy.
