What types of businesses do you work with?

Primarily B2B SaaS, DTC brands, professional services firms, and e-commerce operators. We also work with growth-stage startups that need a full copy stack built quickly. The common thread is that clients come with a real conversion problem, not just a need for content.

Do you work in Italian as well as English?

Yes, both natively. Italian copy is not translated from the English. Each version is written for its own market. For campaigns running in both languages, we develop both simultaneously to keep the messaging strategy consistent.

How long does a typical project take?

A single conversion page or email sequence: 8-12 working days. A full launch copy stack: 3-5 weeks. A monthly authority content retainer: ongoing with a 3-day SLA on monthly deliverables. Rush turnaround (7 days) is available as an add-on.

What do you need from us to start?

A brief. We share a structured brief template after payment that takes most clients 45-90 minutes to complete. The better the brief, the faster and more accurate the work. The discovery call fills the remaining gaps.

Do you offer A/B testing support?

The A/B Copy Split Set add-on gives you two fully developed copy variations for any deliverable, written with a clear test hypothesis so you know what you are actually measuring.

What happens if the copy does not convert?

Copy alone does not determine conversion. Traffic quality, offer strength, price, and trust signals all matter. What we guarantee is copy that is structurally sound, audience-specific, and addresses the primary objection for your buyer.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We sign standard NDAs before discovery calls for clients who require it. We treat all client briefs as confidential regardless.

Can you work within an existing brand voice?

Yes. If you have a brand voice guide, send it with the brief. If you do not have one, we infer the voice from existing materials and document it as part of delivery.
