Scope changes are quoted separately before any additional work begins. You will never receive an invoice above the agreed total without prior sign-off in writing.
For projects above EUR 400, a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery split is available. For the Inferno retainer, monthly billing is available on request.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable under Italian law. Italian clients with a valid P.IVA receive invoices with VAT applied correctly. International clients: VAT treatment depends on your jurisdiction.
Yes. If your project grows mid-engagement, we discuss the transition transparently. Existing work already delivered counts toward the new scope and you are not charged twice.
